Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

coopfoodd accepts return or refund requests when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not as described. Requests must be submitted within 30 days after confirmed delivery.

Eligible issues

• Items damaged in transit.
• Items defective or unable to be used as described.
• Items different from what was ordered.
• Items materially different from their product-page description.

Not eligible

• Change-of-mind, buyer’s-remorse, or personal-preference returns.
• Wrong product, flavor, size, or quantity selected at checkout.
• Opened, consumed, used, altered, emptied, contaminated, or customer-damaged items — unless tied directly to a reported defect.
• Returns sent without prior authorization.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Request process

Email support@coopfoodd.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, checkout email, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping & fees

For approved claims, we issue a prepaid return label or reimburse approved return-shipping costs when a physical return is required. No restocking fee on approved eligible claims.

Inspection & resolution

Once received, we inspect the return against the reported issue. An approved claim may be resolved with a refund, replacement, or another lawful solution you accept. We may deny a claim if the item doesn’t match the order or approved reason, or if requested evidence isn’t provided.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval or inspection. Banks and card issuers may need an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. We don’t control financial-institution processing times.
